2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate predictive cash flow calculations, capital reserve schedules, and asset lifecycle timelines.
• To extract line items, pricing, and warranty terms from uploaded contractor documents via automated and machine learning processing.

3. AI & Automated Document Processing

We utilize secure, enterprise-grade AI APIs (such as Google Gemini) to extract text and structure contractor quotes. Uploaded document payloads sent to AI processing endpoints are transmitted via encrypted channels and processed solely to return structured data to your account. We do not sell your proprietary property financial records or raw uploaded documents to third-party data brokers.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share limited data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Service:

• Database & Hosting Providers: Cloud hosting, database, and serverless compute infrastructure.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your property and transaction records as long as your account remains active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated property data at any time via the in-app settings menu or by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated property ledgers, asset tables, and stored documents are permanently purged from active databases.
